When Doh-Toh-Ree first arrived at our home, he was quite the nervous little bunny. He would run into his little cabin when we put our hand into the cage to get him (wouldn't you be scared if a squealing, gynormous person came to scoop you up from above?!? Tian ne!), and when I tried to hold him once, he even wee-wee'ed on my arm. The poor darling was so scared in his new environment, and I am sure that he was probably missing his omma back in Cambridge. *sniffle*
BUUUUT, I am now very pleased to say that Toh-Ree has warmed up to us quite a lot. He doesn't get scared by us and is always ready to be cuddled, he grinds his teeth when we pet him (FYI: that's what bunnies do when they are happy...), and he even presses his little nose up against the cage when I'm nearby because he wants me to come and play with him (or so I like to think ). I do believe that Toh-Ree has begun to love me as much as I love him!!!! (stop shaking your head at me) ..."And when we touched [he] didn't shiver at my paw~" (SING IT, all you Beauty and the Beasts fans!)
I read on a website (yes, I've been doing much research on bunnies. I am determined to be a well-educated mother) that you should cradle bunnies like a baby to earn their trust, and that when you turn a bunny on its back it goes into somewhat of a "trance”. I've been cradling Toh-Ree and singing songs to him all week, and with each day he just seems to be getting more and more affectionate...*SWOOOON*
I am worried that I will become an old maid that hurries straight home after work to play with her bunny...Already I feel so antsy when I’m out and I can’t wait to get home just so I can scratch Toh-Ree’s soft, fuzzy little head for him and feed him his hay.... Wouldn't you run home as fast as you could if this ball of cute was there awaiting you???!!! Even now, my heart hurts thinking about Toh-Ree in his cage, all on his lonesome in that dark house.... Don't cry, Toh-Ree! Omma is coming hooooommmme!

I cannot believe how cute 토리 is...He is a living, breathing, chubby ball of CUTE! I cannot fight it...I am an insufferable, doting mother, and I am SO FROUD of my 토리...he is the cutest little bunny in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD, and I dare you to disagree with me...
BIG THANKS to the Yoo brother and sister for bringing Toh-Ree from "under a bridge" to my home for my 23rd birthday. You have made me quite the happy bunny, and I am so thankful to God for Yoos...I feel so spoiled, and I will cherish my 도토리 forever...

I was a little worried that Anielle would feel jealous of 토리 because he is just a baby and requires a lot of my attention, but I underestimated her...I am so proud of Anielle. She is such a good nu-na to her little brother 토리. She insisted that this picture be taken, and she even wanted to hold 토리, but I told her that she was still too young...I love my little babies...
Toh-Ree made another friend! They had a long, deep discussion about why 토리's ears do not stand up. Moshi Maru was very perplexed, and 토리 later confided in me that he thought Maru's ears were a little too perky...I agree...
What a 착한 토리! Geeddong and I put a little bonnet on him and he was so compliant...I believe he even looked a little happy... guai hai zi! He knows he's cute... heehee...he looks like a Pride and Prejudice bunny now...
